Skydive Store Inc. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Skydiving is a dangerous activity which can and does result in harm and loss of life. All items sold by Skydive Store Inc. are believed to be in good operating condition however, all items should undergo pre-flight safety inspection via certified or qualified personnel prior to use. It is understood that equipment failure is ALWAYS a risk - even after appropriate inspection resulting in satisfactory results; mechanical failure and user error are always a risk.   End user agrees that they fully understand the risk associated with use of any product procured in any way connected to Skydive Store Inc., and further that usage is at their own risk. End user finally agrees to hold Skydive Store Inc., its employees, owners, or associates free from any and all risk, harm, or liability, resulting from: purchase, loan, rental, or usage in any way, of any and all equipment(s) procured from or on behalf of Skydive Store Inc.

All quotation is “cash discounted”, credit card payments may result in loss of cash discounting. All used items are sold “as is” with no warranty or guarantee implied or otherwise unless specified in writing. All sales are final. Returns are at buyer’s expense, require prior authorization, must be in original resalable packaging and must be received within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be via exchange or store credit only, unless received product is substantially other than as advertised. In the case of incorrect calculation or human error, prevailing MSRP rates at the time of the order will prevail. All quotation is valid for 15 days with the exception of manufacturer increases. Gift certificates are valid for (1) one year from the date of original purchase however, a new gift certificate may be purchased using the original gift certificate which will extend the time of usage. Administration fees will apply.
